Any special event held at the Community Center involving alcohol would require a second police officer on duty. The leasing organization will be responsible for the $100 cost. Persons in charge must schedule matters so building is closed promptly at 1:00AM or earlier.

If a dance band or other noisy activities are planned, the back door must be left closed.

Admission to the scheduled program must be strictly limited to members of the organization renting the premises and their guests.

If a cash bar is to be used, the establishment selling the liquor must present to the City Auditor proof of transfer of appropriate liability insurance. If there is to be free liquor served, those furnishing the liquor must provide appropriate liability insurance.
